About Ms. Dewey

Ms. Dewey has a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education (K-8) from the University of Arizona, an Associate of Applied Science from Niagara County Community College, an Associate of Arts From Cochise College, and a Qualified Teacher Status from the United Kingdom.
Ms. Dewey knows that students learn in their own way. Thus, she believes that teachers need to guide and help students identify and understand their own ways to succeed. She says that it does not matter if students have missing parts in a subject; teachers need to fill in those pieces while simultaneously making learning fun and exciting.

Favorite Performance Character Trait

Ms. Dewey feels that all students must show creativity, courage, and grit when practicing math. She knows students have to try their best, think outside the box, and persevere, occasionally asking for help if needed. Ms. Dewey’s classroom is very organized and structured, and she hopes to help the students to get into a routine.
