Introducing Free Summer C.A.M.P. – Creating Athletic Movement for Performance

Athlos Academy of Utah’s dedicated, skilled, and experienced Athletic Performance Coaches are hosting a FREE summer camp for any child entering grades 1-9.

The camp will be geared toward honing movement skills, improving health and skill-related fitness, and developing overall athleticism.

Please note:

5/8/2023 – Due to popular demand, we are excited to announce that Summer C.A.M.P. is at capacity!  To ensure the best experience possible, we will no longer accept registrants.  However, we have opened a waitlist for athletes enrolled in Athlos Academy.  Athlos Academy families will be notified of their registration status no later than June 2.  Please continue with the registration form below to get your athlete(s) on the waitlist.  Thank you for your interest in the Athlos Academy Free Summer C.A.M.P.

Camp Information:

  • Sessions will be June 13-July 27*
  • Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • 9-10:15 a.m. and 10:30-11:45 a.m.

*No camp July 3-7

Each Grade will have assigned session times; read below for more details:

SESSION 1 (9:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.)

Grades 1-2:

  • 9:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.
  • FUNdamental Movement Skills
    • FUN and engaging activities that develop fundamental movement skills, including running, jumping, shuffling, agility, balance, coordination, etc.

Grades 3-4:

  • 9:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.
  • FUNdamental Sport Skills
    • FUN and engaging activities designed to hone fundamental sports skills, including throwing, catching, kicking, striking, etc.


SESSION 2 (10:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.)

Grades 5-6:

  • 10:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
  • Physical Literacy
    • Cultivate the confidence, competence, and motivation to participate in physical activity and sports through increasing movement capacity.

Grades 7-9:

  • 10:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
  • Learn to Train
    • Exposing athletes to various activities to improve overall athleticism and fitness. Athletes will take away the skills and knowledge necessary to be prepared and train for sport.
