PowerSchool

PowerSchool is Athlos Academy of Utah’s electronic student management system where student information is collected and stored. Within PowerSchool, parents can access their student’s information such as grades, academic progress, and attendance throughout the year.

Returning Students for 2023–2024

Parents: Please sign into your PowerSchool account

The Athlos Academy office still needs some Annual Student Registrations for returning students for the 2023–2024 school year.

Please sign in to your PowerSchool account (athlosherriman.powerschool.com) and review the information we have on file for your child and make any updates necessary.  On the left side of your screen on the navigation bar, there is an option to select PowerSchool Registration. If no changes are necessary, please submit the form so we know we have correct information on file.

If you have not yet created a PowerSchool account, please reference the instructions outlined below on how to set up an account in the system or access a current account. Contact the front office for your PowerSchool username/password.

Create a PowerSchool Account

To create an account for the first time, refer to the instructions below, or add a student to an existing account.

Step 1

Open the PowerSchool portal.

Click the Create Account tab.

Click the Create Account button.

Step 4

Enter your first and last name. The password must meet the following criteria:

  • 6 or more characters
  • 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter
  • 1 number
  • 1 special character

Step 5

Enter your student’s name, access ID, and access password (both are case sensitive). You should have received this information from your student’s teacher. For assistance, please contact the school office.

At the bottom, click the Enter button.

You are now ready to log in and view your child(ren)’s grades and attendance in PowerSchool. Return to the login page to sign in with your new username and password.

Add a Student to Existing Account

If you need to add additional students to your account, please go through the following steps.

Open the PowerSchool portal.

After logging in, navigate to Account Preferences on the left side of your screen.

Click the Students tab to see the students currently linked with your account.

Click the Add button to add a new student.

Step 5

Enter the student’s name, access ID, and access password (both are case sensitive). You should have received this information from your student’s teacher. For assistance, please contact the school office.

Step 6

At the bottom, click the Enter button.

To add more students, repeat steps 2–5. Up to seven students may be added.
