The parent needs assessment and SHARP survey is for parents of students in grades 6–8.
The needs assessment is a survey that assesses the needs of the school. The SHARP survey (Student Health and Risk Prevention) is designed to assess health risk behaviors, such as substance abuse and anti-social behavior, that can impede positive development and/or result in injury among our youth.
