About Ms. Larson
Ms. Larson inspires students to love learning. She earned her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from the University of Utah with a minor in disability studies. She has worked in preschool, kindergarten, first, and second-grade classrooms.
In Ms. Larson’s classroom, everyone is a valuable part of a team. She is very consistent with routines, behavior, and providing meaningful classroom experiences. Students will always feel safe, valued, and happy in her class. In addition, since every student learns in their unique way, she uses multiple teaching methods (linguistic, visual, and auditory) to reach students, so no one is left behind.

Favorite Performance Character Trait: Optimism
Ms. Larson’s favorite character trait is optimism. “We each have our strengths and weaknesses,” she said. “My students learn to cheer for each other. They learn how to solve problems and try their best every day, especially when things get difficult. We can do hard things!”
