About Mr. Asp

Mr. Asp received his bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University. He is currently studying at Utah State to obtain his master’s degree. Mr. Asp has a wide variety of previous work experience. He has worked in retail, food service, manufacturing, automotive collision repair, insurance claims, and auditing. Mr. Asp has also been self-employed in education and logistics roles. Mr. Asp has a passion for helping students learn how to overcome failure and reach their potential.
He appreciates the quote by Robert T. Kiyosaki, “Winners are not afraid of losing. But losers are. Failure is part of the process of success. People who avoid failure also avoid success.”

Favorite Performance Character Trait: Grit

“Grit is all about overcoming challenges and failures that happen to everyone,” he said. “I have had many setbacks in my life and continue to learn how to keep going. This trait reminds me that challenges are a part of life and to always strive to reach my goals. I want students to know that they can overcome their challenges and create the future they choose.”
