About Krista Penrod
Krista Penrod attended Brigham Young University in Idaho and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in mathematics.
In 2020, Krista completed her studies at Brigham Young University and had the opportunity to intern and gain teaching experience across different elementary grades. Then, during the school year of 2021-2022, she ventured off to Matsusaka, Mie, Japan where she taught English and other subjects to children.
Krista found the Athlos Model appealing because the mentioned values strongly resonate with her own, which makes the teaching and working atmosphere a happier place to be. She came to Athlos with a positive mindset and a willingness to adapt and try new and different things and she’s looking forward to developing new and strong relationships with her students and co-workers.
